Dealer Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to approval by WK Health, and price/availability are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER: The minimum order is $25.00 net in merchandise, for orders shipped to your office/warehouse or drop-shipped to your customer.

FREIGHT CHARGES: Orders are shipped F.O.B., Hagerstown, MD, and shipping and handling charges are added to your order. Dealers that have an account with Federal Express or UPS can have shipping charges billed to their account. Your account number must be entered in the "Special Shipping Instructions" section of your order.

BUSINESS HOURS: Our business hours are Monday – Friday,
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

DELIVERY INFORMATION: Orders are processed every business day and are normally delivered within 7 – 10 business days. Specified items and large quantity orders may require delivery by truck. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or in the same carton. All 3-day/overnight orders received after
12 Noon EST M-F for in-stock items will ship the next business day, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

BACK ORDERS: A back order is any item that is temporarily out of stock, but will be shipped as soon as it is available.

RETURNS: A.C.C. copyrighted items must be returned within 120 days of receipt for merchandise credit. A.C.C. copyrighted items cannot be returned after 120 days. All other items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping/invoice date, except for videos and software programs which are NON-RETURNABLE. Please follow the instructions in the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Call or email your account rep for a return approval.

  • For a merchandise return under $250.00, you can download a postage paid return mailing label from our corporate parent website by clicking on the link below. Include a copy of your packing list or invoice, with a note that indicates the item number(s) and quantity for item(s) being returned and the reason for the return, to ensure that appropriate credit is provided.
  • For a merchandise return of $250.00 or more, ship the return item in its original packaging (prepaid and insured) via a traceable ship method. Include a copy of your packing list or invoice, with a note that indicates the item number(s) and quantity for item(s) being returned and the reason for the return, to ensure that appropriate credit is provided.
    RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN SALEABLE CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
